Located in Austin Texas, the new Riverside Campus project included the design and construction of a 49,000 SF, two-story educational building designed to be compatible with the existing campus.

The new building includes: a general classroom space; (2) computer labs; administrative and faculty offices; financial aide department; student lounge and bookstore; and, an A/V equipped lecture hall. This project was completed using a less than .01% contingency.
